Ours is a holistic practice designed to assist you to cope, grow, and heal.  Holistic mental and behavioral health treatment means addressing the whole person; taking into account not just symptoms or behaviors, but correlating physical, nutritional, social, cultural, generational, and situational factors involved.  Rather than applying techniques to treat symptoms, we are together investigating and resolving complex causes and origins of psychiatric, psychosocial, behavioral, and trauma-related problems. 

We serve adult clients for individual psychotherapy for mood issues (depression, bipolar disorder), anxiety (generalized, panic, etc), adjustment to illness/injury, life stressors/trauma, and addictive disorders such as substance use disorders, disordered eating, and behavioral/impulse control issues. Our clinicians have an eclectic approach, utilizing a range of modalities dependent upon the client’s needs, and are trained and experienced in working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and as well as culturally competent for treating issues unique to people of color.
